About Lorraine

I have been a real estate junkie since I was 17, especially historical homes. Before I became an agent I used to go to open houses for fun. Becoming a realtor has been a life long dream. I love living my dream! I have had a wide variety of careers. All of which has given me skills/knowledge that enable me to be a creative/experienced real estate agent/adviser. I believe in a personal touch when people work with me. I do not take on a lot of clients, so I can provide personalized service.

Another passion of mine is education. I have taken advanced real estate related classes to further my knowledge and expertise. I have created and taught a few classes about the buying and selling process, how to prepare your home to sell, de-cluttering, and staging your home.

Volunteering is a lifelong passion of mine. When my children were younger I volunteered for PTA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, Sunday school teacher, and in our neighborhood. I am now very involved in volunteering for senior groups. I serve on the Board of Johnson County Livable Communities. I am a state volunteer for AARP doing presentations for Fraud Watch and Home Fit and a Advocate.

I am also in the process of starting a new company, Senior Advisor First Call, that will offer assistance to seniors and Home Safety Assessments.
